We’re seeking fully licensed and associate-level therapists (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, PsyD, PhD, etc.) in North Carolina who are passionate about queer- and neurodiversity-affirming care to join the Abide Inclusive team.
This position can be what you make of it! Whether you prefer a hybrid, fully virtual, or in-office setup, you can create a schedule that works for you. We’re looking for folks who are passionate about making connections and continuing to grow as therapists.
1099 Independent Contractor Opportunities
Because we operate under a tiered percentage-based pay structure, you get to choose how much or how little you want to jump into private practice. We aim to keep caseloads manageable, with no more than 25 clients per week on average (and we’ll side-eye you pretty hard if that happens).
Supervision is provided for coaches as well as social workers! We are especially interested in clinicians who want to provide supervision and those who work with adolescents as young as 13. That said, please don’t hesitate to reach out even if neither of those describes you!
