I like this work because it can balance creativity with real, tangible change that you can use in your daily life.
MY APPROACH TO THERAPY
I bring warmth, creativity, and authenticity into my work with adolescents and adults. I believe therapy begins with a safe, supportive relationship where you feel understood, accepted, and empowered to be yourself. I blend traditional talk therapy with art therapy to help clients explore emotions, build self-awareness, and create meaningful change. No art experience is needed. Creative expression is about the process, not perfectionism.
My person-centered, humanistic approach incorporates evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, self-compassion, and strengths-based interventions. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, body image concerns, identity exploration, disordered eating, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
With experience across inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings, I strive to create a collaborative, LGBTQIA+ and transgender-affirming space where clients feel supported, respected, and empowered to grow.
