They/Them
Lex Chapman
LCSW-A
As a non-binary therapist, I understand the importance of feeling seen, accepted, and supported. I value bringing both my professional knowledge and lived experience into the therapeutic space, helping others navigate life’s challenges and explore what feels authentic to them
MY APPROACH TO THERAPY
My therapeutic approach is eclectic and collaborative. Each person is unique, so the work we do in therapy will be uniquely tailored to you. Together, we will identify your goals and develop a path toward them. I have a background in harm reduction, which has shaped my belief that change of any kind cannot be forced or rushed. I will follow your pace in our work, meeting you where you are, and cultivating a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.
FUN FACTS
Before pursuing social work, I was a professional dancer. These days, I spend most of my free time social dancing. I can solve a Rubik's Cube in under two minutes! I've gone swimming with sharks — and I have pictures to prove it.
